    About

We Understand the Realities of Living with CIRS and Autoimmune Illness. This understanding comes not only from helping clients, but also from navigating many of the same challenges ourselves. We approach every client with empathy, clarity, and appreciation for the complex journey toward improved health and a healthier living environment.

StoneCrest Team is intentionally selective about the projects we take on and the clients we serve. When buildings impact health, details matter. That is why we remain boutique in size, so relationships, integrity, and individualized guidance always come first.

Every home, family, and health journey is unique. We focus on being fully present where we are needed most.

    Credentials

Florida Mold Assessor License — MRSA245

ACTIVE. Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation license required to assess mold conditions in Florida homes and businesses. State law requires this license before any mold assessment can be performed in Florida.

Florida Mold Remediation Contractor License — MRSR4062

ACTIVE. Florida DBPR license authorizing mold remediation work. StoneCrest deliberately does not perform remediation — the license is held to maintain the technical knowledge base and to remain conversant with the regulatory framework that governs the companies clients hire next.

Florida Property Inspector License — HI1052

ACTIVE. Florida DBPR license authorizing residential property inspection. Three-state license stack means the same practitioner can move from a general property inspection to a mold assessment to scoping a remediation without involving a second vendor.

Certified Master Inspector — Max McCord

Verified at CertifiedMasterInspector.org. CMI is awarded only to inspectors who have completed substantial paid inspections, passed approved exams, abide by a code of ethics, and have not been judged guilty of any inspection-related crime.

Infraspection Master Thermographer — ITC ID 174423

Master Thermographer status awarded by Infraspection Institute, the longest-running thermography certification body in the US. Issued 2010, current. Infraspection publishes verified Master Thermographers in a public directory. Underpins StoneCrest's UltraMax Thermography™ service.

ISEAI Medically Sound Indoor Environmental Professional + IEP Committee

Listed on the International Society for Environmentally Acquired Illness (ISEAI) Indoor Environmental Professional roster, and serves on the ISEAI IEP Committee — the committee that defines standards of practice for IEPs working with chronically-ill patients.

CIRSx MIR101 — Medically Important Remediation Professional

CIRSx (the educational arm associated with CIRS-literate clinical practice) MIR101 certification. Workflow is built around what CIRS-literate physicians need from a building investigation. Speaker, CIRS Summit 2025.
