Jonathan “Jon” Jesse founded Salt & Stone Builders to bring a more personal, health-conscious approach to residential construction. Serving Greater Boise and the Treasure Valley, the owner-led practice offers custom homes, remodels, targeted system upgrades and consultation, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, daily routines and long-term home performance.
Hospitality, before the first wall
Jonathan “Jon” Jesse describes his approach as “unreasonable hospitality”: listening closely, shaping a layout around the client’s lifestyle and considering health-related priorities before the work begins.
After years in residential construction, he founded Salt & Stone Builders to focus on wellness-home integrations. His particular interests include water systems, energy-conscious construction and the decisions that help a home serve its occupants over time.
