With training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and professional experience spanning healthcare, medical education, wellness, and a Philadelphia functional medicine practice, Rachel brings a health-conscious perspective to the traditional real estate conversation.

Her personal experience with environmental health, which was featured in a CBS Philadelphia segment on mold, deepened that perspective and ultimately led her to create Mold Risk IQ, an educational platform helping homeowners better understand moisture and mold risk factors.

Today, Rachel looks beyond square footage, finishes, and comps to consider the larger environment of a home—including moisture, indoor air, water quality, ventilation, materials, and how the building functions as a system.

Her role is educational and collaborative rather than clinical. She helps clients ask informed questions, recognize when additional expertise may be useful, and connect with qualified inspectors, building professionals, and other trusted specialists when needed.
