About
David Aurbeck started out selling and building log homes. Then as he found his family's health problems were linked to past old housing and environmental causes he started asking harder questions — about what goes inside the walls, what's in the air his clients breathe, and whether a house built to code is the same as a house built for health. The answer changed how he builds, his motivation to help others and his company.
PLH Exclusives now builds custom homes across three health-focused tiers — from mold-resistant construction with ERV ventilation at the entry level, to EMF-safe wiring, copper plumbing, and zero-plastics material specs at the Gold Standard. Every home gets a moisture-managed envelope, continuous exterior insulation, and a fully documented build process. No exceptions.
