Tyler Toubeau spent fifteen years at the very top of commercial construction. As a project manager at Permasteelisa and Swinerton, he ran builds for Google, Apple, Kilroy, Hines, and ExxonMobil. His résumé includes the Denver VA Hospital, the ExxonMobil Spring, Texas campus, and 1144 15th Street in Denver — the kind of high-profile work that demands precision, schedule discipline, and the ability to manage hundreds of moving parts without dropping the ball.

In June 2025, he stepped away from the corporate side to launch Novos Construction in Carlsbad. The name comes from the Latin for "new" — and the firm is exactly that: a deliberate, owner-operated practice that lets Tyler bring everything he learned on $100M projects to clients who want their kitchen, their office buildout, or their custom home built with the same level of rigor.
