    MoldMend — Danielle Tarjoman

Danielle Tarjoman is a Florida-based functional nutrition practitioner and quantum-nutrition trainer who found her way into mold work through her own recovery. MoldMend is a virtual coaching practice built around an environment-first approach — nutrition, drainage, mold-aware home audits, and referral to licensed remediators when physical work is needed.

    About

Danielle Tarjoman built MoldMend after navigating her own mold-illness journey — a shift she describes as coming home to how food, water, air, and living environment work together. The practice is virtual, environment-first, and built around a small handful of coaching engagements at a time rather than volume. Danielle holds Functional Nutrition Alliance FNLP + FNC credentials (Andrea Nakayama's program, June 2023), QNT Level II from QNT Academy (2023), and AMMA CEMA + CEMR training (September 2025) under Andrew W. Campbell, MD. MoldMend does not perform on-site assessment or remediation — those get referred to licensed local specialists. What Danielle does is help clients see the connections between symptoms, sourcing, and space.

    Key Features

MoldMend is a virtual functional-nutrition practice built specifically around mold illness. Danielle's own recovery is the origin story and the reason the framework centers on nutrition, drainage, and environmental awareness rather than product sales. Training in the AMMA CEMA + CEMR courses under Andrew W. Campbell, MD, adds the environmental-education foundation; the FNLP + FNC + QNT stack is the working clinical toolkit.

    Why Choose Us

MoldMend is the practice Danielle built after her own recovery from mold illness — a virtual, environment-first coaching engagement designed for the client who wants nutrition, drainage, and living-environment work handled together instead of siloed across three separate providers. She trains under Andrew W. Campbell, MD, on the medical side and holds functional-nutrition credentials from Andrea Nakayama's Functional Nutrition Alliance. Small caseload, clear scope, referrals out for licensed physical work.

Functional Nutrition Alliance — FNLP + FNC (Andrea Nakayama)

Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner and Functional Nutrition Counselor credentials from the Functional Nutrition Alliance (Boise, ID) under founder Andrea Nakayama — completed June 2023. One of the more clinically-oriented functional-nutrition training paths.

QNT Level II — Quantum Nutrition Training

QNT Academy Level II Quantum Nutrition Trainer credential. Danielle also holds Quantum Health Coach certification from Quantum University (2020) and is currently completing Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis training.

AMMA CEMA + CEMR — Trained Under Andrew W. Campbell, MD

American Mold & Moisture Association CEMA (cert #0031) and CEMR (cert #00031) — 16 academic hours each, issued 9/19/2025, expire 9/19/2027. Directed by mycotoxin specialist Andrew W. Campbell, MD. Practice is virtual only; certificates state they are not licenses to perform on-site work.

    Environment-First, Not Product-First

The framework centers on nutrition, drainage, and how the home itself is contributing to or slowing recovery. No proprietary product line. When physical assessment or remediation is needed, Danielle refers out to licensed local specialists rather than adding on-site work to the scope.

    Small-Caseload Virtual Coaching

MoldMend is intentionally low-volume. Danielle also serves as Clinic Director at AllVitae Health & Chiropractic (Tampa, FL) and co-runs The Source Functional Nutrition with her husband — the small-caseload structure at MoldMend is what makes that concurrent scope honest with clients.
