Hunter Babcock helps homeowners in Minnesota and Wisconsin take a closer look at the places they live. Through Hunter’s House, he brings air, water, lighting, EMFs, and household materials into a room-by-room assessment and prioritized action plan. Free educational tools and an ongoing newsletter extend the conversation beyond the visit.
I’m Hunter, an endurance runner and entrepreneur based in Minneapolis. Questions about radon, moisture, water, and lighting in my own home led me to build Hunter’s House.
I help homeowners across Minnesota and Wisconsin understand their indoor environment through room-by-room assessments of air, water, light, EMFs, and household materials. The findings become a prioritized plan, from changes to make first to larger projects that need more time and planning.
Beyond the visit, I share articles and free tools to help you explore the questions yourself. If you’re curious about what’s happening in your home and where to begin, let’s talk.
A conversation, an in-home assessment, and a plan for what comes next. Timing reflects the process described by Hunter’s House.

A useful assessment should give you more than a collection of numbers. Hunter’s House combines a conversation about your home with room-by-room measurements and a plan organized around what to address first.
A Whole-Home Conversation
Air, water, lighting, EMFs, and household materials are considered together, with the assessment tailored to your home and questions.
Priorities, Not Just Findings
Recommendations are organized into five action tiers, distinguishing immediate changes, planned projects, and ongoing household routines.
