Based in the United States, Lauren unearthed her zeal for environmental building health through a deeply personal journey. After facing decades of life-altering health challenges and seeking help from countless doctors, specialists, and healers, leaving no stone left unturned, it wasn’t until she transformed her built environment into a healing sanctuary, calmed her inner world through a constellation of mind, body, and spirit modalities and ultimately came back home within, that she experienced miraculous health improvements.

This eye-opening journey revealed the profound connection between our external physical environments (live, work, play) and our internal landscape (psycho-emotional thoughts, feelings, beliefs). With a newfound sense of responsibility as a building industry professional, Lauren boldly transitioned from an accomplished career in mainstream interior designer to become a voice challenging conventional construction paradigms, methods, and practices.

She immersed herself in the regenerative field of Building Biology and Ecology, bringing together her expertise in architecture, construction, permaculture, biomimicry and sustainable practices with her deep knowledge of environmental health, spiritual wisdom and emotional wellness.
