About
Holistic Healthy Homes started with a near-miss. Frank's family was about to move into a house with mold and asbestos when the problem was caught — and the more he looked into it, the more he saw the same gap in home after home. People were optimizing their food, their training, their supplements, and their sleep, and still not feeling right. The variable no one was measuring was the place they spent 90% of their time in.
Frank founded Holistic Healthy Homes in Ridgefield, CT in January 2026 to fill that gap. Practice is intentionally focused: one visit, six pillars, one unified report. The six pillars are air quality, water quality, mold and moisture, EMF exposure, sleep environment, and circadian rhythm. The deliverable is a Healthy Home Findings summary with clear, prioritized next steps. Three service tiers scale from a single-visit Essential scan through a room-by-room Full Wellness Audit up to a Whole-Home Transformation with ventilation planning, low-tox material selection, kitchen and pantry detox, and renovation oversight. Practice is licensed, insured, and IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation.
