Michael Schrantz, CIEC, CMI, founder and owner, brings more than 29 years of indoor air quality and building science experience, with involvement in over 7,900 projects. He is a published author, educator, and host of Indoor Environmental Professional Radio.
Andrew Andersen, CMI, is a Council-certified Microbial Investigator based in Western Montana, serving Montana, Idaho, Eastern Washington, Wyoming, and Utah. His 15 years of roofing and construction experience bring hands-on building knowledge to environmental investigations.
Nel Renshaw, CRIE, is a Council-certified Residential Indoor Environmentalist with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and more than 10 years of environmental health experience. She has contributed to over 2,000 EA projects and provides virtual guidance on sampling, environmental findings, belongings, and renting or buying considerations. Together, the team helps clients understand what the evidence supports, navigate uncertainty, and prioritize meaningful next steps while respecting their time, money, energy, and individual concerns.
